Skip the line paid for. Ignored by staff. Put to end of line anyway and still accessed everything once up there anyway. The experience if actually visiting the visitor levels was fantastic and well worth the cost but don't waste money on skip the line. It failed miserably

The One World Observatory was a great experience for my family! The best view of NYC along with learning about the history of NYC. This was fun for all ages and I recommend this tourist attraction to all families!

A wonderful view of New York. Informative, and interesting. The I-PAD is a fantastic extra that I highly recommend. We spent over an hour enjoying every minute. WHAT A CITY!
