Views were spectacular! A great place to get a birds eye view of the city in every direction. Super fast express elevators get you to the 102nd floor quickly. Walked to the World Trade Center reflection pools memorial afterwords. Great time spent downtown...

Easy entrance, amazing views! Showed them our phone passes and got right in. Booked ahead and saved time waiting in line.

Now, we booked for 4pm to watch the sunset. We arrived at 3.45 doors opened just after 4pm. We got to the observation area at 4.45pm and the sun had gone down. You have to pass through security (fair enough), then wait for a lift, then you get ushered into a "holding area" where you watch a 60second presentation then you are allowed through to another area where, if you haven't already done so, you can rent ipads to tell you what you are looking at. We just wanted to go and have a look at the view. Its too Disney for my liking. Would not go again.
