Enjoyable! We would do it again with the rest of the group. The 3-D city-scape was particularly interesting to me. Did you know that video presentation patented?

I can be jaded and expected a crowded, noisy, overpriced experience. This is totally THE OPPOSITE! OWO is truly a magnificent experience. Even 1200’ up it is rock steady and provided us a fabulous experience from the views to the informative live presentations on various topics about what you are looking at, the construction, etc. Food at One Dine is actually really good, generous, and in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff and great views. Be sure to rent the iPads which you can point at various locations as you circle the tower so you’ll know what you are looking at. We had a timed, skip the line ticket for 10:15 am on a Tuesday. Probably didn’t need it for this very cold November day, but we were welcomed and wisked to the top like royalty. Note that every staff person we encountered was generally friendly and helpful! Don’t be afraid of the height. You feel very surprisingly secure and this tower allegedly is built so strongly that it doesn’t sway. The views are fantastic in every direction. Including lunch, we spent about 2 1/2 hours and didn’t feel at all rushed.

I expected the incredible, panoramic views of Manhattan - but the informative talks and helpful technology were a bonus. Chris, one of the staff members who gave trivia-packed talks and answered questions about the bridges, tunnels, islands and other notable/interesting things you can see from high above the city was particularly entertaining. Even for someone who has spent plenty of time in NYC I thought it was super interesting. Our premium tickets included express entry that was fantastic - the staff truly ensures that we had priority access and we barely had to wait from the time we arrived until the time we reached the top. I bought tickets same-day through TripAdvisor and the experience was completely seamless. I showed my ticket when arriving and we were quickly ushered through the priority entrance lines where my ticket was scanned before taking the elevator up. So glad I booked in advance...could not have been easier. Note: when booking the description gave a range of 9-11am and that specific entry time would be confirmed at checkout. It never was and we arrived around 10...no issues. It was clear that we could have shown up any time in the stated range.
