Our tour guide was Emma, from CT, and she was exceptional. We loved her thoroughness, and even though she is like a human encyclopedia with facts and information, she somehow made it engaging and interactive! Even my 13 year old enjoyed all the information, which is a tough ask when you're talking about history and architecture. Loved it, and will return with my other kids.

Well, let’s start with customer service. The servers were very good, after we were able to get seated. Paid extra when purchasing the ticket for the restaurant/bar. We got topside and when we went to the hostess were told sorry, nothing available, and we were directed downstairs to a mini bar. We went down, and I was really upset to see their Mickey Mouse idea of a mini bar. Not even a seat. Went back upstairs and with firmness requested to be seated. This time access was granted. I felt like the victim of bait and switch. You know, like responding to a woman with a photo you like on a dating site then seeing what you get on the first date. As a Marine Corps Veteran I left with a mixed feeling. Kinda like these people are turning a buck and sucking off the tit of a tragic event. That is all.

Definitely worth the price. We had a clear day and could see forever. It is really amazing how fast you go from ground level to the observation deck. You do have to be careful of the glare off the windows if you are taking photos. Lastly, we did not pay for the iPads and did not really miss them. If you have to know about every building then you should get one
