Fantastic experience with incredible views. We were reallocated the ticket due to poor visibility the day before. All staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. A must do on your New York trip

All in all a good experience - we used the iPads that cost an extra $15 but if you don’t use a guided tour these are well worth it.

I think being up 100 floors seriously offers the best views in NY. We also did Top of The Rock at the Rockefeller (which I also recommended) but from One World, you have disrupted views of all major bridges coming into Manhattan and Statue of Liberty. We went mid November on a Saturday afternoon (2.15pm) and there wasn't really any queues. It was busier when we had finished with people coming up for sunset. Be warned, it was $18 a glass of wine and $12 a beer! However, a must visit!!
