Never been to this before but came as part of our holiday. The pass the line ticket was so worth it! Timed slots made sure there weren't too many people on the actual platform itself. The first bit which is the surprise absolutely amazing, video the whole thing it will be worth it! The view is fantastic. I don't think the iPads were really worth it, you definitely don't need one each, they are so heavy so they could do with a rethink on that part. Went to the bar had a glass of wine, amazing view, lovely staff and the perfect place for a sit down. Would definitely recommend this place as a must see in New York!

Getting through with the wheelchair was a little challenging at first, but once we got to the top, ti was spectacular views. We were blessed with a beautiful day and could see everything. We did not include the ipads they had. The show with the interesting rectangular screens placed in a circle was cool. A little history lesson showing different parts of the 5 Burroughs.

We bought skip the line ticket although we arrived early in the morning so there was no queue to get in. The ride in the lift was so quick that I would have liked to have seen the video again. There is a video at the top too which was excellent. Obviously the views are amazing and the iPad guide was really helpful. A guide gave a talk about New York which was very interesting and she was happy to answer questions. The staff were all very friendly and I was impressed with the whole experience.
