the view is not bearable. I recommend more than the Empire State building or top of the rock. the 360 views are amazing. buy the ticket online in ADVANCE to skip waiting outside forever.

Every visitor to New York City should see the One World Observatory. Since we had limited time and a group member who had trouble standing for a long time we purchased the skip-the-line ticket. If you are young and don't mind standing for a long period of time you could probably do fine with the regular ticket but for us skipping the line was the best option. The view is magnificent! We went late afternoon so we were there for daylight viewing and darkness. We were glad that we saw both views. This was definitely a highlight of New York City. Our hotel gave us a code to use when we purchased tickets that gave us a discount. This made the skip-the-line-ticket an even more attractive purchase.

And I thought this place was going to be awesome.. Not so. The view was ok and I think Top of the Rock was much better.Not a fan.
