Skip the line tickets allowed us to go right through to the security line and we did not have to wait to purchase tickets at the ticket window. There are still lines but less with buying online. Tickets were on my mobile phone for all parties and got easily scanned in.

The views were spectacular! The introductions prior to taking the elevator was well done and the "presentation" in the elevator was great.

Unfortunately I was underwhelmed by this observatory. The only guide you have is an Ipad that you have to pay an additional $15 for and even then it was difficult to follow. I just expected so much more.
