skip the line is not working mostly. You always have to go in line before you enter the elevator. Even when you go down and even when you have a time block!! The view is very very beautifull!!!

Tickets purchased by me says skip line, but in there they didn’t allow me to utilize those features. Please take care of them in future which won’t affect other customers from you. Otherwise they will also face this like me and provide bad reviews.

I can't mark it down for bad weather, but we couldn't have picked a worse time to reserve our ticket for as a freak storm passed over! The visibility was really poor but that can't be helped. Love the elevator ride up and the surprise after. I am not sure what the normal lines were like, but we paid extra to skip the lines and it was great to get straight up and down. If you've never done it before, it's certainly worth a visit.
