For years, I had been wanting to visit the One World Trade Center and finally had the opportunity to. I purposely showed up to gauge how busy it was and when I saw the line, I decided to purchase the Skip-the-Line ticket online. It was well worth the few extra dollars for just myself. After a quick trip through security, I was in the elevator and speeding up to the 102nd floor in one of the fastest elevators in the world. It was quite an experience. Upon reaching the 102nd floor, everyone lined up to face a wall where a projection of NYC played for about a minute. The wall then retracted to show us the view immediately behind it which was breathtaking! From there, we were able to access the observation deck below as well as the restaurant, casual dining area, and gift shop. It's a very informative and well designed observation deck for all ages. The views of course will not disappoint. I expect to go back again in the future!

We decided at the last minute to do the tour. Our plane was delayed 90 minutes arriving to NYC. Contacted Viator if tickets were available to this tour. The representative was cordial & patient as he asked the questions he needed to process my ticket order. Will definitely use Viator in the future,

This is definitely worth the money. You get a 360 degree view of NYC. I didn’t pay for the iPad, but the speaker is very informative on the observation floor. There are wooden benches to sit on or you can stand & you can enjoy an adult beverage while being educated on the city that never sleeps. The views are amazing on a clear day! You can either purchase the cheapest ticket for $10 less than the skip-the-line one, however, you’ll have to wait for an hour or so before you can go up. if your short on time, i suggest purchasing the skip-the-line pass. There is a gift shop upstairs & if you’re hungry and want to enjoy the views a little longer, grab a bite to eat. Regular New York cheesecake was $9 for a slice.
