Great experience. We purchased the priority tickets to bear the queues but on arrival (Sunday late afternoon) there were no queues!! The lift ride to the top was fast and showed how NYC has grown over time. The earliest settlements were founded before New Zealand was even discovered! The iPads were OK - nothing special. The views were amazing and good at night time to see all the buildings lit up.

Purchased 4 tickets for the exclusive ticket (gets your priority entry, a drink in the cafe and usage of an IPAD). We arrived about 530pm on a Saturday evening. To start, my husband has a pacemaker and needs to use the special booth for his security screen, the fine security people, didn't have the PLUG IN the machine, so they sent him to another one, and WE WAITED AND WAITED until I spoke up and then they just used the wand and sent him through. Then we went to another very very crowded line where you get a blue or orange clip and then we are shoved into a small space to watch a short video. After the video, we went to another area and get an Ipad to help us with our views of the city. Problem was the blue/orange clip was to speed up the process for getting your Ipad depending on which ticket was purchased. The clerks made EVERYONE pull out their tickets before receiving their Ipad...another LONG wait and more mass confusion. We finally got our Ipads and we go to one of the observation floors, it was elbow to elbow people, everywhere. I have been to many attractions in NYC (Empire State, etc). it was NEVER crowded like this space. It was difficult to get near the windows for a view, the Ipads weren't super user friendly and despite having a lanyard to carry them, they were heavy! I am handicapped and while I am able to walk on my own, I need to take rest breaks; there is ONLY A FEW SEATS to SIT in this entire EVENT (i mean like 2 small benches and some steps, that's it). I am not exaggerating at all. Our ticket included a drink in the cafe, I thought we could sit there and relax and enjoy the view NOPE, NO SEATING AGAIN. Only restaurant seating was in the bar area (we just wanted a quick coffee and a view). Then to top it all off, when we exited the building we went in the main entrance, but came out a completely different entrance (as we were directed to by the staff) and ended up walking all over the OCULUS shopping area (handicapped as I am and haven't been able to sit or rest for a least 1 hour) and after finally getting out of there, we were 3 blocks again from where we entered One World. I was so disappointed, and so were the other 2 people that traveled with me, the view was spectacular (from what I could see), but the crowd control was non existent and I felt like it was a total tourist trap. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Awesome, spectacular and safe. Very gentle staff. It all stars at the elevator so unbelievably designed. You wont believe what you see and all of the bang floor 103.
