NY certainly has made the Ground Zero area and attractions awe-inspiring and best of the world stop. Some folks avoid this must-do tour because they fear NY and the traffic, cost, and worry. But....it takes just a short hop, using the PATH Train system from one of a few NJ stations and you are right there in the middle of a spectacular city and memorial. And the catch is you get a good parking spot and about a $ 6 dollar round trip train ticket is all you have to worry about. NY has so much to offer and offers it graciously. The attraction tickets are the only thing you will have to purchase and will not regret that at all. Ease of visit is enhanced by the small extra fee for "Priority" timed tickets. It is truly a remarkable place. Take a day out...you will love it! The 9/11 museum, Ground Zero, the Observation Deck in the Freedom Tower, the Oculus and Fulton Center, the Smorgasburg on Friday's during the operational season, the landscape of the entire reconstructed area. Just WOW.
