Easy booking with Viator. Chose the combo ticket which included priority access, priority exit and iPads. We went on the 5pm-7pm booking and saw the sunset which was great. Seemed to be a popular time so the priority tickets were definitely worth the extra. iPads were useful but not essential. Spectacular panoramic views. Also enjoyed the videos in the lift.

Booked the Combo Experience for two for over $100 (skip the line). We arrived 15 minutes earlier to discover there was no line but were still told to wait until our arranged slot. After being allowed in, we felt like sheep guided through the various sections. Overall an expensive and underwhelming experience. Nice views though!

This was a great tour from start to finish. The elevator ride has a fun video on the walls of the evolution of New York. Once you arrive, there is a great video, and then you get to see the view. There are 2 floors where you can walk around and see the entire city, river, statue of liberty, etc. Try to go on a clear sunny day. we will do this again.
