The view from the observation area is magnificent. Panoramic. Staff were all very pleasant, helpful, and a credit to their employers. The elevator ride was unique and exhilarating. The only thing I would say is the tablet was not of any real value.

Being able to walk right over to the windows! The views are breathe taking! We are very thankful for the weather that allowed us to view so much!! Thanks for all the employees being helpful

The elevator ride up was cool with a nice 360 degree show. The opening video prior entry seemed a waste until it showed NYC. Inside leads you first to the cafe and bar. The views of the city are incredible, but I’ve done o many of these types of things that I wasn’t breath-taken by the views. It would have been incredible to have a glass floor portion facing straight down like Willis Tower Chicago or the ability to go outside like the Empire State Building. Of course, being so high up maybe a good reason why there isn’t an outside!
