It was a great job that they decided to make the entrance solely for those that wanted to visit the top of this building. Everything was fantastic and well done. My only negative was the price of food products. $4 for a $0.50 bag of chips is insanity.

You sold us 9am ticket and the gate did not open until 10 am this making our schedule for the day so tight. Called your customer service r and the agent could not help us out and wanted to talk to a supervisor and the agent let me wait in the phone for 30 minutes for nothing. No Supervisor available she said. Awful and very disappointed on our first of the 7 tours bought thru Viator. It also said no line in our reservation and we fell in line to get in. 😡😡😡

This was my second visit to the Observatory, and it was such a clear day that we got to see much more than during our first visit.
