Everything was exceptional! Everyone was so incredibly nice! And the views are nothing short of amazing!

This is a very expensive tour for what it is. Aside from the elevator ride and the indoor views that you do get to experience, the rest all fell flat. From the dated presentation, to the lackluster discovery that there are no outdoor spaces to go onto. They don't manage the crowds very well making you wait and forcing you to take a picture that they try to sell you later. The glamour of the old Windows of the World has been replaced by a highly marketed, generic Illy coffee cafe and a space they call a "restaurant". The Edge in Hudson Yards or the Empire State Building are much hipper and/or more nostalgic than this.
