Overall, this was a stunning experience. All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way. My only complaint was that the all inclusive tickets were a little lackluster when it came to the lines. Unless it is busy, they do not do anything. You only get priority line access before security, not to the elevators or anything else which I was expecting. We went on a Sunday around 4pm and there was no line at all, so we could have saved the money and not purchased priority ahead of time. The $15 food credit was nice, and the view was stunning. The entire experience was well designed and kept everyone moving along well. I would definitely recommend, but you do not need to purchase ahead, or purchase the all-inclusive package.

I am afraid of heights, so booked this experience with trepidation. I had been to the Empire State Building previously and could not look at the view! However this experience was totally different. Although you are going up 105 floors in the elevator, it takes seconds and it feels safe. Once at the top, you are looking across the horizon not down so it doesn’t provoke the same feeling of being up high. So if like me you are afraid of heights but want to enjoy the views, which are fantastic, this is the ONE for you.
