Very very disappointing. The views are great. But….. Don’t go when it’s dark and expect to take pictures. Far too much reflection on the glass. The whole experience is just too commercial and made designed with the intention to extract money.

One World is one of the replacements for the Twin Towers and offers a breathtaking view of New York and the Hudson River. We had a guided tour which was brilliant as got to know and see more than a normal entry ticket would give. Guide was very knowledgeable and it was a fun informative tour 102 floors up. Highly recommend the guided tour

Visibility was ZERO.....nothing was indicated on the web page....in the process of getting a FULL refund I wont know till the 14th. Would of been nice if they would have updated info before you get locked into a purchase
