Great NY experience! The view was amazing. Would recommend at night! The effects were very cool. Suitable for all ages. Could be a romantic date or a fun family event.

Watching the sunset at the One World Observatory was amazing. Definitely an experience I won't forget.

While the view was amazing and the windows were gigantic and offered us the city, I cannot give a 5-star review because of the actions of a few employees. First of all, the "guard" at the front door was anything but pleasant, not only to us but to others. He actually made one person who needs a hip replacement stand out in the pouring rain to wait for her Uber because "they were closing". The man working at the far left window selling tickets was as friendly and accomodating as he could be from behind his window - very nice man. In a combination of low blood sugar, dehydration and the blood pressure drop in going to the 102nd floor so quickly, I became very dizzy and knew I had to sit down. NO ONE on the 102nd floor offered help. When asked if there was a chair, they said NO. When asked if there was water, they said NO. (One in our party finally found out there was a restaurant a floor or so down and ran down to get water) I had to sit, then LAY in the floor until my blood pressuure and blood sugar rose and my dizziness went away. I was in that floor for about 20 minutes and NO ONE offered help. We later told a very kind lady at the "snack/souvenir section" what had happened and she gave me some water and told me to carry it with me even if I didn't need it anymore. A friendly lady who was working the top floor when it was time to leave offered to take us out "the back way" to the elevators because of my problem and the fact that one in our party had just had open heart surgery this year. So, overall, I would recommend the Freedom Tower for the magnificent views. But some of the employees there could use some more training - maybe they don't realize that tourists are the reason they get a paycheck.
