Our tour guide was fantastic (I'm embarrassed that I don't remember his name). Pace was good. He checked to see if we were all able to stay a little longer -- which we all could -- so we definitely got our money's worth. I lived in NYC and passed through GCS a million times. I thought I knew a fair amount about the history. But there was much to learn and see (he had easy to see pics in a binder that he passed around), and we visited spots in the terminal I had never been to. Ear pieces made it easy to hear, even in the crowded and noisy station.
