Great guide! Jonathan quickly developed a relationship with each of the seven on the tour, often personalizing his comments .. We left with a sense of Grand Central’s story brought from origin to today. He even found spots to comfort my weak back. Having toured worldwide, we would place Jonathan at the top of any list! Perfect combination of knowledge and customer service!

We joined John (maybe his name was Jeff, sorry!) tour on 9/17/2022, he was personable, connected us with the locals, and attentive to all members of 8. The content was entertaining and followed the theme and revealed a lot of insider secrets! His well-prepared photographs and resourceful knowledge brought us back in time and helped us understand the context. It is always hard to cramp a hundred years of history into two hours, and I think John did a fantastic job of it. suggestion#1: print his photographs from the phone. suggestion#2: would love to hear more personal encounters and stories.

We had an excellent personable guide Ginie ( as in Virginia) who went out of her way to show us hidden gems and had great knowledge. Totally held our interest with features inside and out of the building. Gave us great ideas too for follow up activities, eg the Oster restaurant Campbell Bar. Learned a lot that you wouldn’t see if you just went alone
