The tour is very informative. Unfortunately our guide's voice didn't project well and my group of 5 felt that we missed some of the information. The tour goes to some interesting places.

Hi Deb, glad you thought the tour was informative! I apologize for the sound issues in Grand Central. Since the Terminal has increased the volume of their announcements and with masks our guides have faced challenges. We have ordered a whole new listening system to outfit every tour with the ability to hear the guide through a discreet earpiece and those are arriving within the week.
