We loved the Grand Central Walking tour! The guide, Louis, knew a lot about the subject, was willing to answer all of our questions and had very interesting photos to complement what we were seeing. We learned a lot from him and gained a new appreciation of the beautiful building we were in.

The tour guide was very informed, very knowledgeable. And very willing to answer any and all questions. He carried a large iPad with photos that really helped add details to the tour. He was able to point out secrets that all of the attendees knew nothing about. And we were all New Yorkers! He went everywhere. Inside outside up and down in certain details about the history and its present form. Highly recommend for tourists and also locals.
