The tour was going on 2 hours when we skipped out. Too much personal talk blah blah blah. We would have preferred succinct information and a shorter tour. No place to sit so standing g for 2 hours without sitting (and just listening) was not worth it.

Hi Robert My thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I sincerely apologize for your experience. Our Grand Central Tour is designed to be 90 minutes and loaded with information but we also encourage our guides to be personal and warm as well. I'm sorry that this wasn't balanced out right for you on this experience. We appreciate the suggestions and will use them to improve the experience. Be well!

It was fantastic!!! I highly recommend!!! Our guide (Gabby) was highly knowledgeable and happily stopped to answer any questions anyone had. I learned so much and although everywhere you go is public so much of it you wouldn’t be able to spot on your own. Well worth the trip!!!
