Very knowledgeable guide who knew the history of the subway. Managed well despite his audio system not working. Apart from the history, the subway system does not have any attractive features like other city subway systems. It is dated and very hot in the stations. Trains are nice and cool.

Hi Richard, we thank you for leaving the review and apologize that there was an issue with our whisper audio system. I already spoke to our guide about it and the problem has been addressed and fixed. But we do appreciate you letting us know. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to rebook you on the tour with our compliments if you feel that audio problems were a distraction. Be well!
