Heather our guide was great. Her knowledge of the underground in NYC including other states/countries and surrounding area was really good and she made the tour fun and interesting. Heather was prepared with a flashlight but I'd recommend taking one with you, so you can really see the hidden stations. I'd recommend this tour as it was a fun way to spend a couple of hours and drinks afterwards at the Beekman Hotel are a must!

The tour was full of fascinating urban history and hidden secrets. Our guide, Justin, was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his subject and this made the tour extra good. It would be good for people new to New York (like my brother in law who did the tour with us) or people who have been visiting for years and know a lot of the "secrets" already (like us, on our ninth multi-week visit).
