Our guide, Alan, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was engaging and passionate in his narration of the history of the NYC subway. Alan was also very considerate, asking us from time to time if we were comfortable if we happened to be standing in the sun for too long. We got a chance to pass by the graffiti covered Worth St. and City Hall stations and those were the highlights for me. I got tickets in a promo for $10, but I would have happily paid full price for this tour! Highly recommend it!

Simply awful! Nothing visual, too much boring talking by guide. One full hour of his lecture, thought we will see more beauty of the building subway
