Excellent tour - knowledgeable, friendly guide (Mandy) who showed us many subway features I would not have been aware of, even with being a regular commuter. She also described some fascinating history, such as the site of a former pneumatic tube train near City Hall, and explained how the original subway system was designed and constructed. I will likely attend more tours with this company.
