Travel from your airport — John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA) or Newark (EWR) — to any Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island or Bronx hotel or residence. It couldn’t be easier.Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport. After you have retrieved your luggage and are ready to be picked up, you will call our dispatcher and you will be directed where to go to meet your driver.

As stated in the booking and on your page above the vehicle for transfer was to be a limousine, SUV or Sedan. The actual vehicle was in fact a shuttle bus. This is despite what was stated at the time of booking and even after follow up from the service confirming the number of people (1). Whilst the driver was absolutely fine travelling for over an hour in a bus was not what I paid quite a significant amount of money for. It was also impossible to find a contact email to advise of the above.

We had the most fabulous experience from JFK to our hotel In NYC in a super limousine. The driver msgd me on our flight arrival, turned up on time as we were delayed slightly coming through but all went Amazing. Driver was very polite and made us feel save driving in all the traffic. Would highly recommend. Thank you for making our NYC trip a fantastic one!
