What To Expect
1
Diamond Head Beach Park
Our first point of interest takes us to beautiful Diamond Head Lookout, where you will be able to catch the end of the sunrise. The surf is almost always up at Diamond Head beach, so you can watch the surfers and see other Hawaiian Islands on a clear Day. Please understand that this stop is not the Diamond Head State Monument that is inside of the crater. Another name for this location is the Amelia Earhart Lookout.
2
Kahala
After the Diamond Head Lookout, our second point of interest is the Gold Coast in Kahala. This area is like the Beverly Hills of Hawaii. You will see unbelievably large and luxurious properties and expansive estates that are owned by movie stars, celebrities, dignitaries, entrepreneurs, and of course doctors and lawyers. Definitely an interesting sight to take in.
3
Halona Blowhole
After we pass through Kahala, one of the most interesting points along our journey around Oahu is the powerful Halona Blowhole. Come and marvel at this geologic wonder as it shoots water into the heavens. As the waves crash into the rocks, the water moves underneath the rocks from underwater caves. Then the pressure builds up and it shoots the water as high as you can see. One of Oahu's geologic wonders!
4
Eternity Beach
Situated Near the blowhole in an incredibly beautiful corner of Oahu is a secret beach made famous in the movie "From Here to Eternity." This little cove is extraordinary, and one of our hidden gems. If you have some extra time while here on vacation, we recommend that you come back to spend the day... It's just about the most relaxing place on the planet!
5
Sandy Beach Park
After the Blowhole and Eternity Beach, we'll come upon the body boarding, body surfing, skim boarding, and broken neck capital of the world... Sandy Beach. A famous hangout for locals, and just amazing playground, Sandy Beach is the perfect place to watch the experts play with expert waves... It's also a convenient bathroom stop for our tour!
6
Makapu'u Point
After we are pau with Sandy Beach, we will continue our journey and round the Eastern Corner of the Island of Oahu. As we do, you will get a glimpse at one of the most awe-inspiring views that you will ever see. The vista from the Makapu'u Point lookout is truly something to behold... The Bluest of Blues, the Greenest of Greens, ancient jagged lava rock surrounding yellow sand, and the Makapu'u lighthouse sitting stoic in the background. Someone pinch me...
7
Waimanalo Beach
After we round the corner of the Eastern tip of Oahu, we will come upon the quaint town of Waimanalo... There's London, Paris, Tokyo... And then there's Waimanalo... The exact opposite! It is here where we will find a beach park that is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. Also dubbed Sherwood Forest, what makes this beach so spectacular is the vast amount of Ironwood Trees that grow far out onto the beach in the sand. This creates a view of the forest meeting the ocean in spectacular fashion. Hands down the best camping spot on the island. Due to regulations, we can't get off the bus here, but we're gonna pull in just so you can see it from the bus.
8
Mokoli’i Island
Behold the legendary Mokoli'i Island! This picturesque island off the coast of Kaneohe Bay is a volcanic formation that is about as iconic with the Island of Oahu as Diamond Head. Mokoliʻi translates from Hawaiian as "little lizard." According to Hawaiian mythology, the island is the remains of a giant lizard's or dragon's tail that was chopped off and tossed into the ocean by the goddess Hiʻiaka. Definitely a picture that you need to have stored on your data card.
9
Tropical Farms (The Macadamia Nut Farm Outlet)
After passing through Sherwood Forest Park, it's time to go to one our most popular stops... Why is it so popular? Free (all you can eat) Macadamia Nuts and Free (all you can drink) Kona Coffee of course! But it doesn't stop there, this is a bonafide macadamia nut plantation where you can crack open your own mac nuts, drink cold coconut juice right out of the coconut, mingle with Samoan Chiefs, and find that perfect, unique gift to bring home with you. This is always one of our guests favorite stops. *Note: Please leave a donation if you hit the coffee and nuts pretty hard. =)
10
Laie Hawaii Temple
After we have our fill over at the Macadamia Nut Plantation, it's time to get back on the road. The next stop we'll make is over to the amazingly beautiful Temple of the Church of Latter Day Saints in Laie, on the North Shore of Oahu. This city has a thriving Mormon community, and is home to one of the campuses of Brigham Young University, BYU Hawaii. This building is an amazing site to see because it's very architecturally significant. We won't be able to go inside, but we'll drive by so you can appreciate the view.
11
Kahuku Farms
Mango, Pineapple, Coconut, Breadfruit, Dragon Fruit, Egg Fruit, Lilikoi, Honey Dew, Cantaloupe, Papaya, Apple Bananas, Ice Cream Bananas, Kiwis, Lychee, Rambutan, Sapote, Chi Chi, Jack Fruit... I could go on, but I think I would run out of character limit. The amazing Kahuku Land Fruit Stand has it all... Every fruit that you've ever heard of, and definitely every fruit that you've never heard off. Enjoy interacting with local farmers and tasting tropical fruits at this fun location.
12
Kahuku
Okay cousins... Now it's time to Grind! We've had a very busy morning and everyone has worked up quite an appetite.Don't worry, we've got you covered with succulent Kahuku shrimp. Garlic, Spicy, Lemon, Original... The famous Shrimp Trucks have it all! Kahuku, Hawaii is known to some of the most productive shrimp farms in Hawaii. These premium shrimp are exported all over the world, but now is your change to eat them at there freshest. Non-seafood options too. *Note: The cost of lunch is not included in the price of the tour.
13
Haleiwa
We have now nourished our bodies, regained our energy stores, and it's time to make our way out through Haleiwa to go to our snorkeling site. But, along the way there, we will pass through the quaint surfing town of Haleiwa, the most famous city on the North Shore. Home to hundreds of restaurants, surf shops, arts and craft stores, and harbors, Haleiwa is one of the most original and unique towns in America... Much less Hawaii. Enjoy the sites of the town as we make our way to the Sea Turtle Snorkeling site at Haleiwa Alii Beach.
14
Haleiwa Alii Beach Park
We have now come upon the highlight of our 16 Point Oahu Circle Island Tour... It's time to go snorkeling with the Sea Turtles. These curious creatures are docile and overwhelmingly cute. They spend their days hunting seaweed crops that are growing on the rocks and coral out here at this beautiful beach known as Alii Beach in Haleiwa. We will be providing all of the mask, snorkels, life jackets, lifeguards, and safety instruction that you need to have a super fun, super safe time. It's official... You've arrived... You're on Vacation, and this amazing snorkeling spot is the proof!
15
Dole Plantation
There's hardly any place more associated with Hawaii than the Dole Pineapple Plantation in Wahiawa, Oahu. It's also one of our guests favorite stops, and a fantastic way to begin to wrap up this adventurous day. Dole Plantation offers a wide variety of unique gifts and refreshments including fresh pineapple, and DoleWhip ice cream. This is a great spot to watch the Dole Train, grab some things to bring home, or send as gifts.
16
Green World Coffee Farms
Whoooo Whoooo.... The train is now pulling out of the station at the Dole Plantation... And we're headed to our last stop right down the road.... The Green World Coffee Farms. As you can guess by the name, Green World grows boutique coffee and has many coffee trees growing on the property so you can get a look up close. They also have a great coffee shop so you can fuel up for the journey back to Waikiki. It's been a long day, and it's no coincidence that our last point of interest happens to be a spot where you'll find piping hot caffeine on tap. We hope you've enjoyed reading about our wonderful island experience and warmly invite you to come join us for an exciting day that you will never forget!

Jake was great! Very informative and entertaining young man! Would recommend some maintenance on the bus as it sounded like something was banging loose the entire trip. Would recommend less stops and more time at each stop. Would have liked more time at Dole Pineapple plantation and snorkeling.

I waited 5 days to write this, so it is not a reaction type review. I booked last minute, even so, it was during business hours, but no one reached out to me about location for pick up verbally - I had it in text. I still found my way and met up with some people who were also on the tour - though their times and information were all different than mine. Lots of confusion at the start. After we were all picked up, the tour guide - Jake - started talking to us about the island. Mainly about gentrification (less than 1% of natives own home or land on the island, how there is not enough farms - drained to develop Waikiki - so now the island is dependent on food imports and if they were to stop only 1 of 4 people would live), water shortages (told us to use a bowl of water to brush our teeth and clean our tooth brushes and for us ladies to take that bowl in the shower and shave our legs and other areas), talked to us about respect for him and the land (someone got a call during this speech and he gave her the side eye), told us not to judge the homeless people because he too was homeless when he was a child, and took us to Obama's home so we could take pictures and then let us know that he wasn't going to answer questions about Obama, because he didn't want the tour to be political. To be fair, he did ask if speaking about the topics would offend anyone - but I for sure did not expect a lecture - it was like he was preaching. We stopped at several places for 10 minutes to take pictures, but then we started stopping at stores and stands. The first was a fruit stand to use the restroom at a souvenir gift shop. He was in the stand helping his "uncle" cut up pineapple for the group to buy. We stopped at a fruit stand and he helped his "auntie" cut up coconuts for the group to buy - at least there was more than one stand to buy from here and other products. We went snorkeling. Which was nice, but we were warned not to approach or talk to the locals because they would not appreciate it and they were dangerous. Which seems odd, but ok. We were told a story about father sky and mother earth, and straight after were told to respect our mother earth - which I am not understanding as we were all adults and no one was chucking trash or anything else out the window, so why is a 26/27 year old lecturing the group? Then we went to the Macadamia Nut Farm. We were guided in the shop and told very sternly before we got off the bus to use the thongs provided for the samples. There was no tour, or demonstration on how to crack your own nuts or where to crack them. We were also told to order lunch from the 1 stand that was there. Where lunch should have been in Kahuku with an assortment of lunch providers. I wasn't able to eat, by my choice because I have a food allergy and I could not be certain there wouldn't be cross contamination. We also did not go snorkeling with the turtles - which was a let down, the reason given was the water was murky. It was, but there was just water and beach for our snorkel bit and I could have got that at Waikiki. We did walk over to the park where we were allowed to see the turtles in the water. The Dole farm - we weren't there long enough to do a tour - just stand in line for ice cream and go to the restroom and shop. The last stop was the coffee farm. They had trees, but again - it was just a shop - no tours, we had samples and were given recommendations on what to buy. I felt like I was on a glorified shopping trip to places I would never shop at - except the fruit stand. He did let us know, I would say no less than 25 times that he works off of tips and where we could find an ATM if we did not have cash. I believe there were 3 along the way - and even told us where the last one would be so we could be prepared to leave him a tip when we got off the bus had we spent our cash or had not gone to the others. I would have liked to hear more about the Island's history and the kings and queens. How the state had developed. Culture. If you like this sort of thing and it helps you connect - then this is the tour for you. For me, I was looking to spend my time on vacation - being on vacation - not worrying about the woes of the world. Enjoying the beauty of the island and the people. Just so we are on the same page, Jake is not native, but he has lived here a long time and obviously takes pride in home. That is a wonderful thing. I did tip the man and I did pay for the tour - it wasn't free or discounted. Just leaving a final thought for Jake, if you want to preach/lecture - try not doing it to a captive audience.
