An amazing time! Captain and crew were very informational and had answers for every question and concerns! Seen bonus whales and dolphins on our way out to the cage! I highly recommend and will refer friends!

When you arrive you’re directed to a seating area and a nearby restroom to change or use the facilities since the boat doesn’t have a bathroom. The bathroom they direct you to for women has no stall doors. If you arrive in time there are better bathrooms close to the beach that are better. Wish they had directed me to them beforehand. The crew were great and it was a fun experience. They advertised being able to get underwater cameras as an upgrade on the boat but when I asked the crew they said it wasn’t available. I wish that had been communicated beforehand so I could have made arrangements to get a camera since that was a big selling point of this tour for me

Unfortunately, restrooms are under control of the State of Hawaii. That is one reason why we advised our clients to check in 30 minutes before their tour time so there is enough time to utilize the restrooms. I couldn't locate your booking to check on why our video service isn't available.
