On this submarine scooter tour, cruise along Maunalua Bay past Diamond Head Crater and then dive under the surface while riding your own self-propelled, electric underwater scooter. Swim with colorful fish, green sea turtles and other marine life in a totally unique and fun way! Your guide will lead the way, and no experience is necessary.

Maximum weight is 350 lbs. Maximum height is 6'8". Waiver is required prior to adventure and participant must have no previous medical conditions; minors must have waiver signed by parent or legal guardian.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 30 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE. The boat leaves PROMPTLY at departure time.

It was a very cool experience! We loved the crew but the amount of people on the tour was far too many. We were all so sea sick by the time it came our turn to go in the water, we were turning green. But the crew did there best to try and hurry things along. Other than that we saw many dolphins, sea turtles, and of course fish.

Crew was awesome and the tour was stunning. The waves are rocky so if you get motion sickness be sure to take some medication before hand.

The time you spend on the Aqua scooters is really cool. This the closest you can get to scuba diving. Each scooter is accompanied by a diver who watches over you and helps steer you in the right area. The divers really are attentive and patient. But then you have to wait for every one else’s 20 minutes. That can be an hour and a half or more because they pack in 40 people with only about seven scooters. You can snorkel, but they don’t even have enough gear for the amount of people on the boat. And if it’s rough, like it often is in that area, then snorkeling isn’t much fun for long. It would be MUCH better if the charged more and took fewer people. They don’t seem to care much about people getting seasick from sitting in a cramped, violently rocking boat for an hour and a half. Have fun, but know what you’re in for along the way.
