Enjoy an exciting underwater adventure on Oahu! On this submarine scooter tour, cruise along Maunalua Bay past Diamond Head Crater and then dive under the surface while riding your own self-propelled, electric underwater scooter. Swim with colorful fish, green sea turtles and other marine life in a totally unique and fun way! Your guide will lead the way, and no experience is necessary.

Maximum weight is 350 lbs. Maximum height is 6'8". Waiver is required prior to adventure and participant must have no previous medical conditions; minors must have waiver signed by parent or legal guardian.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 30 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE. The boat leaves PROMPTLY at departure time.

the scooter was awesome and really fun, the divers let me go super close to the sea turtles. (can’t touch them though, they’re federally protected) after around 20 minutes or so they brought us back up and let us snorkel, eat chips and drink water. we did this for 1hr and 30 mins. not fun especially when the sea is really rocking the boat. even after the tour was done, i could still feel like i was rocking on the boat and it felt terrible on land. otherwise, the scooter dive was awesome and the photos were so clear and amazing, the turtles were absolutely adorable and i would love to see the beautiful blue sea again.

We booked this trip a couple days in advance and I’m so glad we did! This was super fun and amazing to see the turtles close up! Feeding the fish was fun too! The water was rough, so if you need it, take your Dramamine! The crew was wonderful and they stay very close with you! I definitely recommend this trip!!

SNUBA on a scooter was new for all of us but we felt comfortable with the crew and confident in their abilities. Since there are only about 7 scooters, we went in the second group to go down so we started by just snorkeling around for a bit while the first group had their turn. I am glad we did snorkel first because we were able to acclimate ourselves to the water and the area. After our turn was over, there was plenty of time to get back in the water and snorkel more. There were 4 turtles swimming around us the whole time which was great. The whole time we were on the scooters we had "minders" with us - mostly 1 on 1 but sometimes one of the minders might be taking care of two for a bit but that wasn't a problem. Those guys work really hard for the entire time they are in the water and you can see how much they love the ocean and the creatures in it. My strong recommendation is to try the SNUBA scooters is you are in Oahu.
