Ocoee River Middle Whitewater Rafting Trip

Overview

This section is great for beginners or the experienced rafter with over 20 continuous class III & IV rapids. With plenty of places to surf and play, you’ll see why thousands of folks return year after year to raft this classic 5-mile run. Starting just below the Ocoee Dam No. 2, you’ll encounter your first big rapid, Grumpy’s, then its on to Broken Nose, Roller Coaster, Table Saw, Hell’s Hole and many more. Top that all off with a great place to swim about half way down and you’ll certainly become “one” with the river. Our wonderful river guides will help make your adventure one to remember.

Fantastic rafting trip! We had a great time and our guide knew the river really well. We were able to catch some really awesome rapids. My hubby and I were a little nervous it would be freezing cold since we were rafting in April but we would absolutely do it again! Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job reviewing safety concerns before headed out and the shower facilities afterwards were clean.

This was the most fun I’ve had on a rafting trip! Cherokee Rafting was very intentional. The guides explained safety well, they kept us laughing, and were attentive to our needs. GIANT shoutout to the best guide ever, Josh! He asked us how we wanted our ride to be and made sure we had loads of fun. He’s the only guide I want to go with in the future! If Ms.Linda sees this, I hope she knows what a grade A son she has!

We had a wonderful trip down the Ocoee even stopped for a float mid trip. The rapids were great & our guide Josh, was the best. It couldn't have been any better, even the Bus ride was a blast. Will definately come back.
