My mother and I enjoyed the Central Park Grand Tour (45 min) with photo stop + drop off @ Tavern On The Green on a gorgeous fall day. The arrival process was simple - once we located the correct spot (which is pretty simple if you follow the provided directions). We were early for our appointment, but that didn't matter much. Other vendor companies are around and were helpful in assisting us. Our actual carriage ride was a little shorter than we anticipated, but this could be because we didn't take long to capture photos at the designated spots....I can see how length of time taking photos could alter total time. The driver and narrator were both exceptional and very professional. We learned a lot about the park - which you wouldn't get otherwise - and felt entertained the whole ride. I highly recommend this company.

This day from start to finish was a dream come true. With the help of NYC Horse carriage ride I was able to make a dream proposal into a reality. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. I will cherish these memories for the rest of my life.

I had researched the trips and booked in advance. I couldnt have picked a better company. Robert was our guide, he was so friendly and informative we booked the VIP tour and we werent disappointed. The trip was on my 40th birthday and even though it was raining we had photo stops and lots of time to enjoy central park. Would definitely recommend. Robert was a star, it was clear he had been doing this for over 35 years a real pro!!
