My family and I had an amazing time with Henry and our noble steed, Billy Bob. :) They took great care of us (and my in-laws in a separate carriage) on the 55-minute tour of Central Park. By the way, Central Park is bigger than you think... we rode from 59th Street (Central Park South) to 72nd Street and it's not even 1/3 of the way! Gorgeous park, comfortable ride after walking 20+ blocks of 5th Avenue, and a very kind host. Henry, you're the best and best wishes in your education and studies! Also, best wishes to Billy Bob in his upcoming retirement! Hopefully Miami is in his future... :D

First I have to say how nice it was to have communication from this company from the minute I booked. I was emailed, texted and called to ensure appointment and directions. There are plenty of other carriage companies there, so make sure and follow the directions given. We were checked in when we arrived and then waited just a few minutes before our driver arrived. His name is Rob, a former boxer from the Bronx...gotta love it, and his beautiful horse Josephine, or Josie for short. Josie is definitely the boss, I loved her sassy, let's go attitude. Rob is definitely a people person, soft spoken and very friendly. He is good at reading people and related to all of us, even our 17 year old son who is introverted. The drive around the park was so nice, weather was great and we welcomed getting off of our feet for an hour. Rob pointed out movie and entertainment locations, stopped for photo ops..which he happily offered to photograph and shared some of his personal growing up in the Bronx stories, which we couldn't get enough of. He was always there with a helping hand to get in and out of the carriage and we felt safe the entire trip. Feeding Josie her carrots and petting her was an absolute treat! I hope you don't miss out on this lovely experience, you will not regret it. We felt like family and found it hard to leave when it was over. Thank you Rob and Josie for a wonderful memory shared in Central Park!

The perfect way to see Central Park, Frank had a lot of information to share and made sure we stopped at many of the points of interest and then acted as our photographer. Book direct with a family-owned business and avoid the street sellers who hassle you at each entrance.
