Prebooked online for a 55 minute tour of Central Park. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Mario and Charlie made a great team and the ride was simply wonderful.

Exceptional way to see more of Central Park than I could walk. Our guide was informative and funny. The horse looked well cared for and the carriage was clean and comfortable. I don’t think the horses are mistreated. I believe hat is propaganda because someone really wants the land where the stable are located.

There are many to chose from in Central Park. We chose NYC Horse & Carriage Rides in part due to their favorable online reviews. We also liked learning of their family run, long time business in the park on their website. We were in a NYC to celebrate both my birthday and our 10th anniversary. It was misting the day before when my husband surprised me with a carriage ride proposal for the following day. I called and Frank, the owner, answered my call and helped us select the best time of the day to take our ride. We met the next day for our noon ride. Frank himself was our driver and our faithful equine companion was Frank the Tank. We were able to take the top down on the carriage soon after we started our trip that took us past the iconic parts of the park. Frank made sure we got some excellent photos to remind us of our perfect carriage ride through Central Park on our special day. So glad we chose NYC Horse Carriage Rides.
