Frank, our carriage driver, was a gem. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, polite and very accommodating. He was fully engaged with our granddaughter for the one hour ride. He was well versed in the history of the park, took our pictures at optimum vantage points, provided carrots for our granddaughter to feed Frank the Tank. She loved that! We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion and will recommend to anyone wanting a private tour of Central Park.

This was great, just what we needed to explore Central Park. Comfy, carriage with shade, friendly driver and a wealth of info as we went around. Horses were well looked after and friendly. The whole family had a great time.

Our family of 7 really enjoyed the tour of Central Park. The horses were beautiful and healthy, the driver was happy and helpful. The only reason I did not give a score of 5 was the anxiety caused by trying to arrive on time for our reservation when one cannot control the traffic nor subway. The website indicates that your reservation will be cancelled with no refund, if you don’t arrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot. We called to keep them updated on our efforts to arrive, but were not reassured, so we ran, which was stressful and dangerous. Once we arrived, they acted surprised by our concern that we would lose our reservation and money...would have appreciated hearing that when we called. But once in the carriage, great!
