Among being nervous about proposing, the drivers were great. They chatted with us during the ride pointing out facts about NYC and Central Park. My now fiancé had no idea they were in on the surprise. I got lots of great photos and a video of the moment. It was truly a great experience. Everything was excellent. I definitely will take another carriage ride with them

We were able to book our ride at the last minute. Our driver and carriage were prompt. Directions were perfect about where to meet. Henry was our driver and Billy Bob was our horse. Henry provided wonderful details about the park and surrounding area. He answered our many questions (this was our first NYC trip, so we were curious about many things). Our ride felt safe and secure. It was a wonderful moment to have with my family! We did the VIP tour - enjoyed seeing the entire park and can't wait to go back.

This was a great experience, start to finish. Booking online was simple, and as the trip drew closer, Frank was able to reschedule our ride to better suit our schedule. Everyone was responsive, and our carriage driver was wonderful, full of Central Park anecdotes appropriate to and interesting to our teens. The carriage was immaculate, and the horse looked happy and healthy.
