Our driver Harry was lovely & chatty as was Sophia our beautiful horse. I was impressed to receive a phone call the day of the tour to say it would be too hot at 3pm for the horses to be out so asked us to reschedule. Shows they put the horses well being above money. This impressed me. We went at 6pm at night & it was beautiful. The carriage is also lovely & in much better condition than the others we saw taking people around. Also saw this as extremely good value for the time we had. Great way to see central park. Only negative I have is that the supposed fountain that we stopped at from the tv series Friends is apparently not the fountain as they said. But all the other stuff was interesting. Would recommend this as a great way to see the main spots of the park, and those who aren’t keen on taking a bike around. This company appears to put the horses well being above money so I liked this as I had heard bad things of other companies

Want to enjoy Central Park on a hot day but can’t walk the distance? Or perhaps you want to relax and recharge after a busy day in this intoxicating city. Then, do yourself and your travel companions a favour and contact Frank and his father Joe for a fabulous experience. It’s the only way to see Central Park. The horse and carriage are immaculately clean and the welcome aboard is genuinely warm. Frank was our guide and he is a local ( born and breed) plus he’s funny, knowledgeable, friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our leisurely ride. The horse, Frank the Tank was calm and gentle and he loves a selfie! This was great value and we were treated like long lost cousins by these gentlemen. Highly recommended!

A carriage ride in Central Park was the top of our "first trip to NYC things to do" list. Everything about this experience was wonderful. We chose this company based on the excellent online reviews and they were all true. The website was easy to navigate and gave clear descriptions of the tour choices. We were delighted to receive a discount for booking online. Since we're new to the city, we ended up arriving way ahead of time and we were prepared to wait, but we were invited to begin early. Four of us had booked the 55 minute tour with photo stops thinking we would stop to take photos. To our delight our driver offered to become our photographer using our phones so we now have FABULOUS couples and group shots because she took such care to set the shots and took several on each phone. Our driver was just wonderful! She knew so much and delivered information in a conversational manner unlike some tour guides who simply recite their script. It was evident that she loves her guests, her park, and her job. (We also enjoyed feeding carrots to our horse, Nick, and could see he is well cared for.) We would wish this experience for anyone and highly recommend this company.
