I think most carriage rides though Central Park are very similar. But I really enjoyed nyc horse carriage rides because you book your ride in advance. The website was straightforward and clear. We booked our tour the night before and showed up the next day, found our carriage and hopped right in. They even accommodated us when we were 45 minutes early. No waiting, we climbed in and we’re on our way within minutes. Our driver, Tino, was very friendly and took great pictures of our group. If we visit again I will definitely book with nyc horse carriage rides.

Our first day in New York we wasted no time we had pre- booked our carriage ride from the uk, we were met by Alana and Frank and the horses of course and the fun started from there. Both Alana and frank gave us a well guided and informative tour of the park living up to all my expectations we laughed all the way even through the worst thunder storm ever which was o er in no time, yes we were wet but what a laugh 6 ladies on BIG birthdays it added to the experience and a huge thankyou to Alana getting me to see Balto statue and John Lennon memorial , this a great way to start you New York trip do it you won’t be disappointed ( eleven if it rains ) X

We had to take two carriages because there are 6 in our family, and I was a bit nervous, because we let our teens and one of our younger girls go in a carriage without us. Frank took great care of our girls, and they had a lot of fun learning about Central Park. Plus he put up with all the questions from our horse crazy 16 year old. My husband, other daughter and I enjoyed Christine's knowledgeable comments as we enjoyed a leisurely carriage ride, the way the park was meant to be seen.
