They have the best service I have EVER received. Not only were they prompt to contact me they reached out to me the day before my trip, the day services were needed and right before and after to make sure that I had all the details of my driver and to let me know my driver was waiting for me. Besides the wonderful carriage ride that picked us up right in front of Tavern on the Green and dropped us off at the Plaza for tea, they helped arranged for a ride from the theatre district to our hotel next to Central Park. When I wanted a carriage they informed me they were not allowed on certain streets but that a "bike" could. When I was unsure of how to get a bike Arial arranged to one for me at the a great price...I need to note that Arial did this to help me 100% since it was not a carriage ride he did not get any money out of the transaction. In addition, he gave me tips if I wanted to get a bike on my own after the show to possibly save me a few dollars but I was so happy I stayed with the recommendation and directly after the show Arial called me and said the driver was waiting directly outside, which he was and was so polite. This was a "Bucket List" event for my 74 year-old father-n-law who uses a cane and their "door-to-door" service was so crucial to the trip being a success. Everything they did was perfection, professional and just awesome! If you are planning a trip to New York make using NYC Horse Carriage Rides your number one "bucket list" item, you won't regret it!! Frank and Big Red provided a memeorable experience in Central Park. Frank's knowledge of the area was incredible. His photography of our carriage ride has recorded our experience for years to come. The carriage ride would be my top recommendation for any visit to New York City!

Our carriage driver was very knowledgeable about the park. We also appreciated that he was sensitive and flexible to our kids' interests and ages, tailoring our tour to them and us. We would definitely book through NYC Horse Carriage Rides again!
