We had a beautiful 55 minute Horse & Carriage Ride around Central Park with Christina and Oreo. Christina was a very knowledgeable guide, telling us lots about Central Park, pointing out all the landmarks and stopping so we could take pictures and also taking photos of us in the horse and carriage. It was also lovely to feed Oreo. They are a very professional Company and Frank even phoned us to see if we wanted to change the time of our original carriage ride as there was heavy rain forecast so we rebooked for later in the day and the sun was shining. The Horse and Carriage ride enabled us to see lots of Central Park which we would not have had time to see if walking and learn lots about it and New York. Thank you for an amazing experience, highly recommend this Company.

Just returned from our wonderful visit to New York City and wanted to give you our feedback on your company's horse carriage ride on Thursday 5th April 2018. 1. How was your experience setting up your reservation through our website? A: Straightforward, easy to set up and received confirmation of our booking immediately plus appreciated the 10% discount. 2. Would you recommend adding anything to the booking process? A: No, everything was explained fully. 3. How was your experience finding your horse and carriage upon arrival? A: Easy Final Question, 4. How was your overall horse & carriage ride experience with us? A: We arrived early and when you spotted us, you checked our booking number and name and was ready to start our horse carriage ride into Central Park. I loved the little touch of a rose for me as it was my 60th Birthday. The carriage was very comfortable and we were kept warm by the lovely red fleece blanket. We appreciated you explaining and pointing out many places of interest with numerous photo shoot stops. We really enjoyed talking to you Frank and thank you for making this experience a memorable one - you were very professional and we would highly recommend you and your company. We also loved Dante the horse.
