I booked on line after checking out the company website which was very informative. The booking process was easy and i received instant confirmation. Nearer the event we were notified by message 4 hours & 2 hours before with comprehensive details of where to go and what to do if you were running late. We booked a 45 minute ride with photo stop. The driverwas very personable, answered all our questions especially my daughters on the welfare of the horses. Although i did assure her all this information is on their website. We have been visibly shocked at animal treatment while visiting North Africa but this was not the case here. All fit & healthy according to my daughter ! The ride around the park was great, the driver answering all our questions and pointing out all the points of interest. He was very helpful ensuring we got great photos. We got to feed the horses and had a great time. This ride is not expensive as you can fit 4 people onto the carriage. We all felt it was well worth every dollar we paid and some ! This is the number one firm on Tripadvisor and its easy to see why. The customer is at the front of their business and they really enjoy off Central park. Its not a job its a Hobby! i will certainly be recommending them to friends & family. Well done Guy's.

An outstanding carriage ride around Central Park. Our driver was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, giving lots of interesting information regarding the sites. I highly recommend using these guys to anyone visiting New York!
