My wife and I had a great experience with NYC Horse Carriage Rides. I really wish we could remember our drivers name but he was awesome. Our driver was on time in fact he was 2 minutes early which was good because it was starting to get chilly and we were the only people standing there at 7:30 in the morning. Our Driver was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was the perfect amount of interactive. He would turn around to tell us facts and answer questions but would turn back around allowing us to have our time together. The length of ride I paid for was pretty spot on. The only complaint I would have and I wouldn't even really make it a complaint because it wasn't that big of a deal was they forgot the single rose I asked for and we didn't get to give the horse snacks, but again not really a big deal. Would highly recommend NYC Horse Carriage RIdes.

We booked the 55 minute Central Park Horse Carriage Ride — VIP Tour. Approximately one-third of the tour was not in Central Park. We were informed after the ride was concluded that portions of Central Park were not accessible because they were still blocked off due to the NYC Marathon. Thus, for approximately 1/3 of the trip, we were riding on City Streets and not in Central Park. The reason we booked the VIP tour was to experience Central Park, not City Streets. They should have informed us when we arrived that they would not be able to deliver what we paid for and given us the option to reschedule. Very disappointing. . . .
