David and Sophie were great. Very friendly and courteous to our 1yr old. I was concerned for Sophie's well being after having to pull the carriage with 4 adults but David informed me of their schedule and work rotation.

Our driver Tommy was great! Friendly and informative while also letting us enjoy the views as a family. You pay more with this company, but the carriage, service, and overall quality are definitely a better caliber than the walk-up rides across the street. Completely worth it. Highly recommend!

My wife requested a carriage ride for her birthday. After looking at different sites, I chose this company based on all the information on their web site, and especially the care they give their horses. A reservation only policy makes it easy and eliminates the stress of having to talk prices with other companies in the park. We took the 55 minute VIP tour. Our driver, Pat, provided a great commentary in a very relaxed manner, and had good customer interactions. His horse, Winston, was calm as can be. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and it was a revisit for me after 60 years!
