This was a special Trip for our Tween kids for Christmas . The kids first trip to New York and first carriage ride ! AMAZINGGGG!!’! Our guides Frank & Mario were absolutely fantastic !!! Frank owner of NYC Horse Carriage Ride was the kids guide and they are still talking about it , Franks knowledge ,extremely informative and told them such interesting information about history of Central Park and NY during the ride . It was there favorite part of the trip such a magical experience thanks to NYC Horse Carriage Ride!!!!!! We rented 2 carriages , our guide was Mario ! He made it so special as well ! He made a stop and took pictures of us at John Lennons IMAGINE mosaic .Again such professional Gentleman , Mario was so insightful, kind and wonderful the entire ride! We will definitely book again and only with NYC horse carriage ride when we visit again and highly suggest this company ( the service is above and beyond what is expected ! ) They are very professional , take care of there horses ( beautiful well cared for -being horse lovers as well ) I give them 10 stars thank you again Frank & Mario NYC Horse Carriage Ride for making our NYC Christmas trip one to remember!!

After receiving confirmation emails - including one with a change of location, which included a handful of very clear photos for the new pick up point - we arrived and met Robert and Josie (the horse). The carriage we were in was only 6 months old and was stunning, very comfortable and warm blankets were provided. Robert was a brilliant host, he answered any questions we had about Josie and the tour. We stopped so Josie could have water, oats and we were able to stop and feed her carrots as well. Robert's knowledge of the park was extensive and he stopped the carriage a few times so that we could get out and take photos. Can't recommend this company enough, had a thoroughly lovely tour and would recommend the experience to anyone.

We’re a family with teenage kids and we all loved this activity. Our guide Christina was extremely informative and gave us a lot of interesting information about the history of Central Park. It was a lovely leisurely ride around the park with a stop for photographs. Was worried we might be a bit chilly but was provided with warm blankets. I highly recommend this company, they have provided us with a wonderful memory of our family trip to NYC.
