My friends and I were on a Christmas in the city girls trip and this was the highlight! We had been anticipating our carriage ride and we were not disappointed in the slightest. Booking was easy and we got frequent reminders of our upcoming ride. Directions to the carriages (as there are multiple carriage companies) were easy to follow and as soon as we arrived, we were led to a carriage. Mario was our driver and Barney was our horse. Mario was friendly, knowledgeable about the park and fun facts that happened at many spots, and stopped and took photos for us frequently. He knew the best spots for photos and we have great ones! We also got to feed Barney a few carrots. This was such a fantastic experience and we are hoping to make it a yearly event. We cannot recommend this activity enough if you are in the city!

Driver was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Carriage was beautiful and our horse Josephine was well looked after. She knew her route and she was definitely the boss. Park was magical especially with the light dusting of snow. Regular emails before our ride with helpful instructions and pictures made finding our ride easy, especially as there were lots of other carriages and pedicabs. Would highly recommend.
