Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum
This is a self-guided tour. Parking is available around the site in lots and with meters on the street. Be sure to download the App for tours and more information. The Museum is open Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM and on Sunday from noon to 6PM. The Museum is closed Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. The Outdoor Symbolic Memorial is a place of quiet reflection and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Designed by Butzer Design Partnership, this Memorial honors the victims, survivors, rescuers, and all who were changed forever on April 19, 1995. It encompasses the now-sacred soil where the Murrah Building once stood, as well as the surrounding area devastated during the attack.

We bought two tickets through Tripadvisor and planned to tour the museum at 9:00a.m., the time the tickets said the place opened. Got there and it was closed. We were not able to come back at noon so we lost our opportunity to go inside...we were very disappointed and out our ticket cost. I'm sure it would have been a moving experience. My rating does not relate to the Museum but to Tripadvisor's lack of correct information.

Hello! We’re sorry that you weren’t able to make it to the Museum. While the hours are accurate on both our website and TripAdvisor, we would love to invite you back free of charge when you’re able to visit. Thanks so much.

It was such a touching memorial. It takes you through almost life like reliving if the moment the bomb went off, and the people in the reins Journalnbuilding were in then middle of a meeting. It was all recorded. It’s a must see.

We have always said we should visit the memorial when we drive through OKC. Finally made the effort to go. What a beautiful tribute to those who lost their lives and their families. Very touching. You can take as much time to review the details since this is a self guided tour. A good example of our history. Thank you to law enforcement who worked so tirelessly to catch the perp.
