Our bus tour included only the free outdoor memorial but my daughter & I are very glad we paid to tour this museum. The self guided tour showed us how an ordinary day can change many lives in a heartbeat. Thought provoking exhibits highlighted the value of first responders & honored each of the deceased as an individual. Outdoors, take time to stroll between the chairs. Notice the Survivor Tree & the Statue of Jesus at St Joseph Cathedral across the street. We

Very moving memorial to those who lost their lives during the tragic bombing. The museum lays out a detailed roadmap of the events leading up to that day and the aftermath of the tragedy. Definitely a must see for everyone.

I visited with my children. My oldest is 24 and was born one month after the bombing in OKC. Originally, I had only planned on visiting the free outdoor area, but quickly realized once we got there that none of my children knew anything about what had happened in OKC so I decided to go ahead and purchase the tickets to the museum. I am so glad we did!! The exhibits were so impactful. They do such a good job of creating the feeling of a normal day suddenly shattered by the bombing. The museum tells stories of victims, survivors, first responders and truly helps you to not only understand what happened but challenges you to leave changed by this tradgedy in a positive way.
