Stopped in LA for a walking tour before heading back home and this tour sounded interesting. No other people booked so we had a private tour with our guide Philip. He was a great source of knowledge about the area and the history. Learned so much about the area that we would have never known if we didnāt take this tour. I highly recommend!

They fact that they offered a refund and then refused to refund money. Seemed very deceptive and disappointing.

This person was given a full refund as they were unable to attend.
If the person reached out directly to us or Viator the refund would have been processed without issue. However, the customer likely made the refund request to another sales agent and instead of reaching out directly to us, the tour operator, chose to post a negative review having never taken our tour.
We reached out to the customer privately. They received the refund once we knew the issue. This negative review did not impact our resolution. This is not a justified review, but sadly the customer chose to keep it up even when given all their money back.

My husband and I had a wonderful tour of downtown LA. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Weāve visited DTLA a handful of times, but this gave us such a clearer picture of the history and points of interest.
